Peacefully situated in a quiet location accessed via a private driveway, The Old Stables holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring Dorset. Child Okeford is a pretty village, 5 miles north of Blandford Forum in North Dorset, with a well-stocked village shop and post office, open every day.

The village also has an organic farm shop with cafe and art gallery alongside.
There are two pubs in the village, serving good food, and there are interesting walks on the doorstep. The market towns of Blandford and Shaftesbury are close by, and the rest of Dorset and its glorious countryside and coastline are within easy reach.

This comfortable cottage has a very private and sunny south facing terrace and attractive garden. The cottage, which is on one level and it's lovely garden are all yours for your stay, and there is ample off-road private parking.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement. A dog must be kept under control and not left unattended in the cottage, or allowed on the furniture.
